The hotel’s main restaurant, The Palm Restaurant, is an open buffet restaurant serving delicious cuisine from around the world. There is also a choice of four further à la carte restaurants; La Dolce Vita offers sumptuous Italian cuisine, Fattoosh serves up local traditional delicacies, El Ranchero specialises in Mexican and Il Delfino is a stunning seaside restaurant with an open kitchen.

In the beautiful grounds of the hotel, guests will discover four swimming pools which include an Olympic-size pool, an exclusive adult-only pool, a dedicated children’s pool and a fantastic aqua park with six water slides. Located in a natural lagoon, the Desert Rose Resort also offers a 40,000m² private beach with warm and shallow waters. Activities available at the hotel include; tennis, beach volleyball, aerobics, table tennis and billiards.
